A: Usually a serious credible Investor will read and contact you directly with very specific questions on your idea or investment proposal. Once you answer these questions satisfactorily, the Investor may ask to see your full business plan. Only IF you are comfortable should you disclose your business plan. It is always wise to have the Investor sign a Non Disclosure agreement beforehand, though not really enforceable, at least it will demonstrate that you are serious about what you are doing and that at the very least you are FORMALLY requesting that an investor NOT disclose the information to any third party!
